Therefore we must provide a way for consumers to understand more about a product while getting insights on each individual person to ensure we are giving them the best recommendations possible for their unique person.

Dermalogica offers consumers a comprehensive Skincare Finder, which analyzes each individual’s unique profile to recommend the most suitable products from their skincare range. This analysis takes into account allergies (affecting 14% of users), sensitivities (affecting 56% of users), and specific skincare needs, ensuring a personalized approach to optimal skin health. We go above and beyond to analyze ingredient deep properties to ensure consumers are having their needs met and they feel like their consultation was accurate, and informative, and built trust between them and Dermalogica.
Dermalogica offers the Skin Care Finder both online and in their treatment salon. Newly launched for their pop-up salon in January 2024 for Skin Lab Customers. They measured 215 Completions, 84% Completion Rate from starting the QR Code, and 51% purchases.
